"Longhorn Aquatics runs 10 - 12 meets each year. We began using SuperMeets with the Voucher module last September. It has really streamlined our volunteering process. It was a lot of work to manage the program manually, and since the volunteer coordinators are also volunteers it sometimes took a while to get things finalized. We would send out an email requesting volunteers and then process hundreds of responses for the next few nights. SuperMeets has completely automated and formalized the process. Now, volunteers can see what positions are available immediately and register for positions without waiting on a response from the coordinator. It is especially helpful in providing current volunteer hour totals to each family. The families know at all times how many volunteer hours they have completed, and how many they must earn to complete their commitment. Everybody can rely on the system, and everyone is on the same page."
