SuperMeets Advertising Agreement

Thank you for choosing SuperMeets for banner advertising. By signing below you, the advertiser, agree to purchase advertising space from Sport Staffer Online, LLC and agree to the program, terms and conditions stated below.

You will be invoiced via email for your advertising program at the end of each month. Payment must be received within ten days of the date of invoice. Payments not received after ten business days are subject to a $50 late fee, and we reserve the right to cancel your ad if payment is not received on time. Media buys over $1000 require a 50% deposit prior to commencing the program. Checks should be made payable to Sport Staffer Online, 166 Picketts Ridge Rd, West Redding CT 06896. We do not accept credit cards.

You may cancel your agreement by giving at least 15 days notice (written or via email) of your desired termination date. Failure to give at last 15 days notice from the termination date will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all loss or expense arising from our publication of your ads, including but not limited to claims or libel suites, plagiarism, copyright infringements, and violation of rights of privacy. In addition, we will not be liable in any way for our failure to run your ad, in part or whole, for any reason. By signing below, you are indicating that you also agree to our general Terms of Service.
