Dear BASH Parents,

Welcome to the Blue Ash YMCA Swim Team Online Volunteer System. Each family must have their own login account to use this system. Please follow these Instructions on 'how to' create your login sign in account:-

1. Click on Your Account & History. or Click on an event, select a position, and click "Sign Up". At the login screen click the link FIRST TIME USERS: Set up your account.
2. Enter your last name.
3. Enter the Team Password, which is "swimbash". Click "Submit".
4. Enter the email address you would like to use for your family's account, and a new password. Click "Update".
5. You may now signup for an event or view your account Profile.
6. Forgot your password?...... Yes we do!!! You can request SuperMeets to email your password to you. Click on the link Forgot your password? Enter the email address associated with your account, Click on "Send Password" to receive your password in your email box.

All BASH Parents are expected to work our home meets. You are expected to sign up for a minimum of TWO sessions if you have 1 swimmer in the meet, or a minimum of THREE sessions if you have 2 or more swimmers in the meet.
Even if you do not have a swimmer entered in the meet, you must still sign up to work at least 1 session.
You can sign up for positions during any session, not necessarily the sessions your child may be swimming.

You must also sign up for Concessions items. You will find the list of items needed under the Session named Concessions Items within the BASH Invitational Event link below.

NOTE: Failure to fulfill your volunteer commitment for BASH home meets will result in an additional $50 to be charged to your account. We don't want to do this - we need your time and commitment to a successful meet, not your money!
